- Storage pooled across your whole book
- Month to month, billed to the second
- The same rate card at the same volume

Grow Your Book and Your Rate Drops on Its Own
Your rate is set by everything you protect with us, and it moves by itself as your book grows. You never renegotiate to grow.
One Band for Your Whole Book
Every mailbox, server and workstation you protect counts toward one band, counted each month, so growing any line lowers the rate on all of them. Moving a client to Complete never changes it.
List Is What You Sell At
Quote your clients at list. The price they can check here is the price on your quote.
The Same Rate Card at the Same Volume
Two MSPs the same size get the same rate card, in writing, so the price you build your price book on is the one the MSP down the road sees.
Month to Month, Billed to the Second
No committed seats and no minimum. A client that leaves mid-month is billed for the time it was protected, and is off your next bill.
No Contract, Nothing to Renew
Usage based and month to month. There's no term to sign and no renewal to arrive as news, and a price change only applies going forward.
Everything Here Comes With the Unit Price
Where something can bill on top, it says so.
Storage, Pooled Across Your Whole Book
50 GB a mailbox, 1 TB a server or virtual machine and 500 GB a workstation, all doubled on Complete. File Backup brings 250 GB a workstation and 1 TB a server. A light client's headroom covers a heavy one.
One Stated Rate Above the Pool
Storage beyond the pool bills at one rate per TB, stated in your pricing and billed after the month. You're warned before that line first appears, and there's nothing to pre-buy.
Retention as a Policy, Never a Tier
Keep backups as long as you set, per client or per device, on every plan. Retained data simply draws on your pool.
Verification in the Unit Price
Every recovery point's automatic checks and every local DR test come with the unit, so proof is never something you ration.
Continuity in BCDR, and No Plan Fee
Local and cloud recovery, continuity and DR planning are part of BCDR Essential. Running machines in our recovery cloud bills by the minute of compute, with the rate shown before anything starts.
Archived Users at Half Price
When someone leaves, their mailbox stays searchable, held and restorable for half the Essential list price, with no Microsoft licence to keep paying.
No Appliance Licence
BCDR runs on hardware you or your client already own, with nothing recurring per box. On Complete, a second appliance at another site adds no charge.
One Charge Per Machine
Every database, volume and backup set on a machine shares its one charge. A rename, a reinstall or a move between hypervisors never creates a second.
No Per-Site or Per-Team Line
SharePoint sites, Teams and shared mailboxes draw on the pool, never on the invoice. Shared, room and equipment mailboxes are protected free while Microsoft doesn't license them.
Your Own MSP, Free for a Year
Your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and your own machines up to two servers' worth, in any month you protect at least 25 paid mailboxes or one paid server for clients. Storage above the pool still bills.
Where Backup Margin Goes, and How It Stays
Each one has a fix in writing. Here it is.
Your Backup Renewal Just Went Up, Again
Storage grew, the renewal moved, and you found out from the invoice.
Here there's no contract and nothing to renew, and a price change only applies going forward.
A Client Left, and You're Still Paying for Them
The contract counted the seats you committed to, not the seats you protect.
Here it's month to month, billed to the second. When a client leaves, so does its bill.
An Overage Line Arrived as News
One heavy client ran past its allowance while the rest of your book sat under theirs.
Here storage pools across every client you protect, and you're warned before an overage line first appears.
The Vendor Wants a New Appliance
Replace the box and the commitment starts all over again.
Here BCDR runs on hardware you or your client already own. No appliance licence. Nothing recurring per box.
See BCDR on Your HardwareAll-In Came With an Add-On
Continuity billed per server, and a plan fee on top of the estate.
Here continuity is part of BCDR Essential, and there is no plan fee.

Your rate is whatever your rep offered the day you asked.
Here every MSP gets the same rate card at the same volume, in writing.

Before You Build Your Price Book
What owners ask before they quote a client.
Is the list price what I'll pay?
No. List is what you sell at. Your own price is lower, from one band set by everything you protect with us, and Get My MSP Pricing shows it.
How do I see my price?
Click Get My MSP Pricing, add what you protect and a work email, and your price shows on the next screen. The full pricing details follow by email, as a PDF.
Is there a contract or a minimum commitment?
No contract and no minimum. Everything is usage based and month to month, with nothing to renew.
What happens to my bill when a client leaves?
It drops. You pay for the time each unit is actually protected, to the second, never a monthly high-water mark. A client that leaves mid-month is billed only for the time it was protected, and is off your next bill.
Do you charge for storage or overage?
Storage comes with every unit and pools across your whole book: 50 GB a mailbox, 1 TB a server or virtual machine and 500 GB a workstation, doubled on Complete. Above the pool you pay one rate per TB, stated in your pricing and billed after the month, and you're warned before that line first appears.
Does failing over to your cloud cost extra?
Local recovery, local DR tests and every automatic verification come with the unit price. Running machines in EnterProtect's recovery cloud, for a test or a real disaster, is billed by the minute of compute, and before anything starts the console shows the rate, an estimated maximum and when it expires. There's no disaster premium.
Is our own MSP really free?
For your first 12 months, yes. Your own Microsoft 365 tenant is free with no cap, and your own servers and workstations are free up to two servers' worth, in any month you protect at least 25 paid mailboxes or one paid server for clients. Storage above the pool still bills. After the first year, your own Microsoft 365 stays free once your book passes a set size, and your own machines stay free within a share of what you pay for. Your pricing PDF shows the thresholds.
What currency do you bill in?
US dollars, monthly, by card. The Canadian dollar list prices on this page convert at a fixed US$0.7253 per Canadian dollar.
How is EnterProtect priced?
EnterProtect is priced per unit, per month, with every list price in public: per mailbox for Microsoft 365 Backup, per server, virtual machine or workstation for BCDR and File Backup, and per external target for Vulnerability Scanning. MSPs buy below list, month to month, with storage pooled across their whole book.
